Head Chef Mirko Vinci hails from the Puglia region in Southern Italy, where rich cultural history and fresh produce comes in abundance. While his family were the ones that inspired him to become a chef, his travels and experiences from working alongside Michelin-starred chefs have amplified and allowed him to develop his unique ability to rethink traditional recipes to create signature dishes to call his own.
