Born in Sicily of Southern Italy to a lineage of farmers, Chef-Owner of Gattopardo Ristorante di Mare, Lino Sauro grew up helping in his family farms which instilled in him strong values and appreciation for where his food came from. Having spent many years on the road honing his culinary skills as a chef, since he was just 15, he finally settled in Singapore in 2010 and started the acclaimed Gattopardo.
