Chef Salomone born in Naples in 1988 and since very young has been involved in the family butchery and this awake his talent and love for the food.
After the school he worked for 2 years at the 2 Michelin starred restaurant TAVERNA ESTIA with chef Sposito. He continue his career at the MOSAICO** and in 2011 at MARENNA* .
In 2013 win the award “ Birra Moretti Gran Cru” and start to travel to Copenaghen , Paris and San Sebastian to learn new techniques and to broaden his knowledge.
In 2015 he enter in the kitchen of PIAZZETTA MILU’ in immediately the next year in 2016 arrive the first Michelin star.
Chef Salomone has an eclectic style of cuisine, which stay traditional but supported by modern techniques and innovative presentations.
