Chef Marco Guccio has worked for some of the most prestigious kitchens in the world helmed by famous names in European cuisine, including Chef Marco Magri in Milan and Chef Francesco Mazzei in London. He later became a mentee of the legendary Alberico Penati at Harry’s Bar in Mayfair, London where he garnered a cult following of celebrities and gourmands in search of authentic Italian cuisine. He subsequently ventured to Singapore’s shores, expanding his international experience at some of the finest kitchens here.
Drawing on his family roots in Southern Italy – Sicily and Calabria – and his Milan upbringing, Chef Guccio has developed a personal style that celebrates both traditional and innovation. “My cuisine mirrors my life; it’s an amalgamation of Southern Italian heritage with its Mediterranean culinary traditions, influenced by innovative Northern Italian food culture, both underpinned by passion by authentic Italian dishes.
