Born in the small town of Brescia, a city in the region of Lombardy, Denis Lucchi is a talented chef, having undergone rigorous training under some of the top names in the culinary sphere. Before coming to Singapore, he worked in some of the best restaurants in London, Rome, and a Michelin-starred restaurant in his hometown Lake Garda.
Chef Denis is passionate about keeping the rich flavours of Italian cuisine by applying his creative and modern culinary techniques. His creations are inspired by a collection of recipes handed down through generations in his family. The emphasis of using fresh and top quality imported ingredients is part of Chef Denis’s philosophy in balancing textures and flavours of his re-interpreted classic dishes, which revive both the palate and the eye.
