Chef Davide Tanda was born on October 21, 1982 in the Sardegna region in Italy.

With 20 years of culinary experience in various restaurants, he specializes in North-Western cuisine and creates stunning pasta and pizza dishes for his customers. Chef Davide currently heads the Baci Baci kitchen, whipping up signature dishes such as the “Gnocchi Salsicia”, Gnocchi with Pork Sausage served with Pomodoro Sauce.
