Born in Switzerland, Sebastien grew up surrounded by inspiring influence of Italian cuisine and during his career, trained under renowned 2 Michelin Stars Chef Philippe Chevrier and 1 Michelin Star Chef Roland Pierroz.
A restaurant-owner at a young age of 28, his culinary was not only recognized in GaultMillau Swiss Guide with an amazing score of 14 out of 20 despite the strict criteria, but was also listed in Michelin Guide.
Sebastien then joined Senso Crans-Montana in Swiss Alp as Manager and Head Chef for several years before expanding his culinary scene to Singapore as the Group Executive Sous Chef of The Senso Group in 2014.
