Armando Aristarco

Armando Aristarco joins The St. Regis Singapore as Chef de Cuisine of LaBrezza.

With a decade of experience in the culinary world, Armando brings with him extensive culinary experiences with previous appointments at numerous hospitality establishments.

Born in Torre del Greco, a town in Naples, he began his culinary journey at the tender age of sixteen, when he embarked on a culinary apprenticeship. While completing his culinary education in Italy, Armando spent several summers working as a Chef de Partie in a 4-star resort in Egypt. He then returned to Italy where he worked for several other dining establishments and luxury hotels, including the Michelin-starred Restaurant Vun by Andrea Aprea in the Park Hyatt Milan. Prior to moving here, Armando held the position of Sous Chef, working alongside two Michelin starred chef, Oliver Glowig at the award-winning Primavera Trattoria Moderna Restaurant at the Ritz Carlton Bahrain.

With a strong passion for crafting exquisite plates based on a philosophy of maximum simplicity and freshness, Chef Armando is dedicated to creating a truly authentic Italian epicurean experience for guests at The St. Regis Singapore.
