With more than 15 years of experience working in fine-dining Italian restaurants around the world, Chef Felix is no stranger to the Italian culinary scene. His storied culinary journey began at the tender age of 16 when he came to the realisation that being a Chef was his true calling in life.

Chef Felix’s passion for Italian food burns strong, drawing inspiration from traditional Italian cuisine and sharing his passion for Italian food with people around him. Keeping true to the authenticity of Italian cuisine, Chef Felix prides himself on making dishes from scratch, such as bread, butter and his specialty, pasta – the soul of Italian cuisine.
He has had the privilege of cooking for the rich and famous including the likes of Alibaba founder, Jack Ma as his private chef for an evening; as well as the former Prime Minister of Singapore, Goh Chok Tong to celebrate a special occasion. Today, spearheading Singapore’s most iconic dining destination, Monti at 1-Pavilion, Chef Felix’s dishes achieve the perfect balance of Italian soul with an Asian touch, reflecting his love for Italian cuisine with a hint of his roots.
