On the evening of 23 February, Chef Eugenio Amedei will take centre stage and while retaining the traditional essences of Italian cuisine, Chef Eugenio will be offering a contemporary style to his dishes without compromising the full flavours of his creations through the use of fresh ingredients coupled with his culinary expertise. The evening’s 6-course menu will be paired with the exquisite wines of Castello Nipozzano and Castello Pomino.
