A dinner to excite the palate, Chef Yohhei Sasaki will bring us on a gastronomic adventure on the evening of 30 November. A passionate and meticulous Japanese Chef, Chef Sasaki is classically trained in the art of Italian cuisine from his years of working in top Italian restaurants in Japan. Chef Sasaki will present contemporary Italian dishes perfected by his own unique Japanese flair. This scrumptious menu paired with the wines of Renato Corino, coupled with the spectacular view of the Bay at Forlino, completes the presentation of a culinary experience not to be missed.
