Born in Sicily, Chef-Owner Alessandro’s F&B experience spans an illustrious 20 year career. He oversees the restaurant operations with whole hearted passion and a keen eye to detail. Alessandro leads a team of dedicated chefs and wait staff who share his vision of creating the most authentic crowd-pleasing Italian dishes; the majority of which contain the most coveted ingredient, truffle!
