Emanuele Faggi

In 2013, Chef Emanuele Faggi came to Singapore to helm Gaia Ristorante as Executive Chef. Subsequent years saw a return to Italy as chef-consultant at Donizetti in Milan, and a continuing career as a private chef.

Today, as head of Zafferano’s kitchen, Chef Faggi brings his own distinctive vision to the table to delight diners; a vision refined and reinforced by years of experience and his time with Chef Carlo Cracco, whom he worked with in the earlier part of his career. Above all, Chef Faggi’s food is homage to his Tuscan soul and a statement of passion for his life’s craft.
